The Roly’s Fudge Pantry format has been in operation for over 25 years, with franchise locations and wholesale outlets across the country.
Over the years we have refined and researched every detail of this unique business. Opening a Roly’s Fudge Pantry therefore means many of the risk elements are overcome from day one.
Our vast experience over the years in a growing number of outlets has given us the opportunity to gain a great deal of expertise in site selection and location. Staff training, corporate packaging and presentation, food regulation and legislation, customer liaison – we have identified and refined every detail of the day-to-day operation of our business.
Put another way – everything from the fudge recipe through to managing the business has been tried, tested and proven to work. That is after all one of the major benefits of franchising: less risk.

Although our brand is a core aspect to what makes Roly’s Fudge, shop owners have flexibility to suggest and implement ideas for their local area. We have many local flavours developed by independent Roly’s Fudge Pantries, and we regularly take ideas from our franchisees, giving them the tools to contribute fully to their local communities.

We only accept new franchisees or resales from individuals who want to be actively involved – visiting and supporting their shops regularly. While you may have managers running the day-to-day, we look for owners who are present on the ground and committed to nurturing their shop as a hands-on business.
We don’t accept passive investors who pop by once a year to check the paintwork – we’re looking for fudge lovers who want to roll up their sleeves and be part of the action (and maybe sneak a sample or two while they’re at it!). Our shops thrive when their owners are part of the fudge-making magic.

Unlike most franchises, we do not charge any royalties or management fees. You can read more about how that works in our franchise brochure. Roly’s Fudge is also uniquely affordable. Our franchise fee covers all training, equipment and setting up, and we will support you on every step of your journey.
