The Roly’s Fudge Pantry format is a unique small business concept which allows franchisees to manage and run their very own fudge pantry. Roly’s Fudge is the largest fudge franchise system in the world and, just like each of its Roly’s Fudge Pantries, it is uniquely family-owned and family-run!
Since our first Roly’s Fudge Pantry in the late 1980s, Roly’s has grown into a strong confectionery chain across the United Kingdom, which specialises in producing a variety of tempting fudge flavours.

We have nearly 30 years experience in franchising. Our first franchised outlet was opened in 1996 in Ilfracombe. Roly’s Fudge opened a number of franchised fudge pantries through the South West primarily, and since then we have spread across the country. Right now we have 48 locations throughout the United Kingdom, and our fudge is sold in numerous wholesale outlets, from delicatessens and farm shops to upmarket department stores.
Our fudge, made according to an old family recipe that has been passed down over generations, is the real basis of our strong success in franchising, wholesale, and online retail. We focus on making the very best of handmade fudge, using real butter, milk and sugar in full view of our customers. Freshly made every day on the premises, we use natural ingredients wherever possible, such as 100% peanut butter in our Peanut Butter Fudge and real dark rum and juicy raisins in our Rum ‘n’ Raisin Fudge.
