Tiramisu Fudge
New for 2026!

Our new Tiramisu Fudge for 2026!

To celebrate National Fudge Day on 16 June, we’re launching something new: Tiramisu Fudge!

Inspired by the much-loved Italian dessert, this indulgent new flavour brings together rich coffee, dark rum, and smooth white chocolate.

Each batch is finished with a dusting of cocoa, giving it that classic tiramisu feel.

Handmade in small batches using our traditional fudge-making methods, Tiramisu Fudge has the same crumbly, melt-in-the-mouth texture we’ve always been known for – with a darker, richer flavour than some of our sweeter classics.

As with all our fudge, it is made fresh in copper pans, crafted by hand in full view of customers.

A new flavour for National Fudge Day 2026

Tiramisu Fudge follows on from the success of last year’s Pistachio Chocolate Fudge, which launched for National Fudge Day 2025.

This year, we wanted to create a flavour that felt rich, grown-up and familiar – something that takes a classic dessert and turns it into a handmade West Country fudge. With coffee, dark rum, white chocolate and dark cocoa, Tiramisu Fudge is our take on the much-loved Italian pudding, made using the same traditional methods we’ve used since 1987.

Roly’s Fudge has been handmade in small batches for nearly 40 years, using copper pans, marble tables and a traditional crumbly fudge recipe. Every batch is made fresh in our fudge pantries, with nothing mass produced and no fudge wasted.

Whether you’re visiting one of our pantries for National Fudge Day or ordering online, Tiramisu Fudge is a limited seasonal flavour made for those who love rich chocolate, coffee desserts and proper handmade fudge.

The Roly's Fudge Story - from 1987 to now...

Once upon a time, over three decades ago… our handmade fudge began its life on the kitchen table of a small 16th century Mid Devon thatched cottage in the West Country with Peter and Lindsey Riley, the founders of Roly’s Fudge.

Lindsey found an old recipe book of her grandma’s so she could make their family and friends some fudge.

The plate was very soon empty and their friends were asking for more – and Peter and Lindsey realised they had stumbled across a good idea. In those days, factory fudge was plentiful, but no one was making real handmade fudge, just like they knew from their own childhood.

But how would Peter and Lindsey convert a 150-year-old recipe into a business?

How it's made…

Step 1

The fudge is cooked in our traditional copper pans in full view of our customers, using natural ingredients.

Step 2

It is then poured out onto our solid marble slabs whilst still hot, where it cools quickly.

Step 3

Using a paddle, we stir the fudge, before carefully forming it into a baguette shape.

Step 4

As it begins to set into shape, we slice the baguette of fudge into large slabs.

Step 5

Once the fudge cools into its characteristically crumbly texture, we cut it into pieces.

Step 6

It’s ready to eat! As we can cook up to several batches every day, your fudge will always be fresh.
