Matt and Shelley are the proprietors of Roly’s Fudge Pantry in the beautiful seaside town of Salcombe, Devon.
They are the proud owners of four other Roly’s Fudge pantries: they own two other shops in Devon, which are based in Dartmouth and Plymouth as well as their Cornwall shop in Looe.
Before joining the Roly’s Fudge family, Shelley had several years experience working in Roly’s Pantry at Totnes and Matt was previously a supermarket manager.

Situated in the centre of Salcombe, you will be able to smell our scrummy fudge cooking as you walk down Fore Street. We cook and wrap all of our fudge right in front of your eyes, so come on in and try some tasters!
Roly’s Fudge Salcombe is full of delicious fudge flavours, from our traditional fudge favourites such as our Assorted 5 Flavours (Vanilla Clotted Cream, Butterscotch, Chocolate, Maple & Walnut, and Rum ‘n’ Raisin) to their fantastic local flavours, including Salcombe Sea Salt.
They are always making Salted Maple and Pecan Fudge, an invention of their own which has spread to the Roly’s Fudge Pantries across the country in the past year and which in 2017 won Champion Confectionery award at the Taste of the West Awards.
Since adding an extra natural gin burst of juniper, Salcombe Gin Fudge sales have overtaken Vanilla Clotted Cream. Every single customer that tries the new gin fudge cannot get over the amazing gin taste.
