Lisa is the owner of Roly’s Fudge Newquay, bringing warmth, energy, and a true passion for fudge-making to the shop every single day. Having worked closely with Joel and Mary as area manager for the past eight years, she learned the craft from the best and has now fulfilled her long-time dream of owning the Newquay shop herself. Lisa’s dedication to the traditional fudge-making process — using no artificial preservatives or oils — ensures every batch is as magical as the last.
With her deep love for Newquay and its community, Lisa is excited to continue welcoming visitors from near and far into the shop. Whether you’re after a slice of her favourite Christmas pudding fudge or one of their classic all-flavour bags, you’ll always be greeted with a smile and the mouthwatering smell of fresh fudge being made right before your eyes.

Roly’s Fudge Newquay was the second Roly’s to open up in Cornwall in July 2014. Newquay, located on Cornwall’s north coast, is popular amongst holiday makers for its sandy Fistral and Watergate Bay beaches, where waves from the Atlantic Ocean create strong surf.
In fact, Newquay has been voted as “one of the nation’s favourite seaside towns” in the prestigious Which Holiday Survey, “Best family holiday destination” by readers of COAST magazine, and has one of the UK’s top ten beaches on Trip Advisor! Safe to say, it is worth the trip!
The history of Roly’s Fudge Pantry in Newquay..
After five years working in and exploring New Zealand and Australia, Joel and Mary returned to the UK to begin what is obviously the ultimate dream – to open their own fudge shop!
Following this opening, the pair went on to open four other stores: Fowey in June 2015, Padstow in October 2015, and Tintagel in May 2019, with Marazion opening not long afterwards.
Lisa joined their team to help manage their fudge pantries, and has now taken on the reins of Roly’s Fudge Pantry Newquay.
