Concocted several years after the success of our Raspberry Pavlova, this fudge combines our highest quality freeze dried strawberries, mixed with plenty of fresh clotted cream and heaps of crushed meringue. Entirely made of natural strawberries, you can taste the freshness in every bite. Perfect!
