Our Christmas Pudding Fudge is made using traditional fudge-making methods and a recipe we’ve refined over decades of festive fudge-making. We start with real sugar, milk and butter, then add grated apples, carrots and freshly peeled orange and lemon. Warming spices, including cloves and allspice, are added next, before we mix in brandy and stout for that proper Christmas Pudding flavour. Finally, we fold through plenty of sultanas, currants, raisins and flaked almonds. Made with all the real ingredients of a Christmas Pudding, this fudge has no need for artificial flavourings – it’s full of rich, fruity festive deliciousness!
