Sarah and Steven started their Roly’s Fudge journey in 2015 with the opening of their first pantry in Salisbury. They also own a fudge pantry in Wells.
Both hail from a background in PR and marketing, and Sarah is also a highly accomplished novelist.
Salisbury is home to ‘Fudgehenge’ which has attracted worldwide attention.
