We’re thrilled to unveil the latest addition to our fudge family – Pistachio Chocolate Fudge, a decadent new flavour inspired by the Middle Eastern sweet trend that’s sweeping the UK.
Handmade in small batches using traditional fudge-making techniques, this luxurious treat is a beautiful blend of high-quality dark chocolate and 100% cocoa powder, crushed pistachio nuts, and subtle notes of almond. To top it all off, each piece is finished with a striking green drizzle infused with organic matcha and pistachio for a naturally vibrant hue.
Available in the following Roly’s Fudge Pantries while stocks last – current as of July 2025 as a summer flavour for July/August.

Every batch of our Pistachio Chocolate Fudge takes over two hours to create – meaning every bite is truly special. Like all our fudge, it’s cooked in small quantities to ensure the rich, crumbly, melt-in-your-mouth texture that Roly’s Fudge is known for.
We have zero food waste in our pantry – even the crumbs can be bought for cake decorations or ice cream toppings, or reused in our next batch of fudge. Our packaging is as sustainable as possible, using recyclable forms of plastic and recycled card.
This flavour was conjured up and trialled and tested with the Roly’s team as well as Matt and Shelley, owners of Roly’s Fudge Pantries in Dartmouth, Looe, Salcombe and Plymouth. We first started trialling and testing it in our Roly’s Fudge Pantry in Exeter before handing over the reins to Matt and Shelley to perfect it and who invented the organic matcha drizzle that adds a natural zest of green to this dark chocolate fudge flavour.
Born from the flavours of Dubai, this new fudge is as eye-catching as it is delicious – maybe it’ll become your new favourite?
