Returns You have 14 days to return (at your expense) an item for a refund if you are not happy with it. The shipping charge is not refunded.
All returns must be authorised by email first.
Roly's Fudge will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of returned goods (ex shipping)
If after ordering an item you discover it is not suitable (ordered in error!) you may return for an exchange, we will charge the shipping and credit or debit any difference in value on the items, your initial shipping charge is not taken into acount in this calculation only the product cost.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
